  4. I've got injuries all over my body, when I exercise, I always aggravate injuries even with just situps I take strain, what advice can you give me?

    1. We need to exermine the extent of your injuries as some joints and muscles could've been severely damaged. For now, lower the intensity of the workouts and let your body recover to its best shape before you start with your high agility training program.
